Away from the major hubs, Boulder is a mid-sized suburb in Kalgoorlie-Boulder Council with its own quieter rhythm. Working households and growing families are the backbone of local life, with plenty of young families in the mix. There is a dense cluster of schools and early-learning options nearby.
Parks and open space are a real strength relative to many regional towns, easy for walks, sport and weekend downtime. Buses make commuting and cross-suburb trips straightforward. Homes cost more here than in most comparable suburbs.
